Cristiano Ronaldo is on his way to Juventus, with his transfer having now been agreed between Real Madrid and the Italian champions.
His exit from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is expected to be made official in a matter of hours and it could even be announced this Tuesday, with the Spanish club and the player both expected to release statements.
Florentino Perez has respected Ronaldo’s wish to leave and has allowed him to begin a new adventure in Serie A.
According to La Sexta’s ‘Jugones’ programme, Real Madrid directors will agree the transfer with counterparts from Juventus this Tuesday afternoon.
The agreed fee is 105 million euros.
Meanwhile, Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli has travelled to Greece, where the Portuguese player is currently on holiday, with the objective of securing the coveted signature.
Agnelli asked Los Blancos for permission to meet with him and it was granted.
Real Madrid have accepted both Ronaldo’s decision and the offer from Juventus.
