Magnito Digital, a leading digital marketing agency of Bangladesh has won the Silver Award in the prestigious “Campaign South Asia – Digital Agency of the Year 2016” award in the ‘Rest of South Asia’ category.
The award giving ceremony took place at the ITC Grand Central Hotel in Mumbai on the evening of 30th November 2016.
This is the second time Magnito has won the “Campaign South Asia” award in a row as they had won Gold in the same category last year.
They are the only independent and non-affiliated agency among the winners this year, which itself is a big achievement for Bangladesh.
Vicky Khawar Ahmed, COO of Magnito Digital, received the award on behalf of the company.
Since 1994, the ‘Agency of the Year Awards’ is one of the world’s most prestigious awards in the advertising industry.
This Award is assessed not only based on successful campaigns, but it also looks at all aspects of an agency, such as, management excellence, leadership, strategy, team building, client acquisition, growth, industry initiatives, outstanding business performance and overall achievements in advertising and communications industry across the South Asian region.
The results are tabulated by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and it is the only awards program that honours agency performance as a whole, at both local and regional level.
Magnito Digital works with some of the most prestigious local and multinational clients in Bangladesh, which includes Grameenphone, Telenor, Access to Information (a2i) Program at the Prime Minister’s Office etc.
