Shamsuzzaman Dudu, Vice-Chairman of BNP has reiterated the party’s demand to disclose the deals signed with India during the Prime Minister’s recent tour of the country.
Dudu made the demand while addressing a human chain in front of the National Press Club on Friday morning.
The human chain was formed protesting the instruments signed between India and Bangladesh during PM Hasina’s recent India tour.
The BNP leader called upon the government to disclose the deals signed with India upholding spirit of the constitution.
He claimed that according to the constitution, any deal or memorandum of understanding is signed with any foreign countries will have to be made public in the parliament or before the people.
“If it is not done, the deal and memorandum of understanding will be treated as the deal of slavery,” stated Dudu.
